Step 1: site survey. We confirm where the truck can park, the height of any fence the tub has to clear, the distance to the final base, and any overhead obstructions. If photos can be sent ahead, this happens before we leave the depot.
How it works in practice
Step 2: collection. We collect the tub from the supplier or warehouse. Loaded onto the flatbed, ratchet-strapped, secured for transport. Modern hot tubs are crate-packed or strapped; we lift carefully to avoid damaging the shell.

Step 3: delivery and lift. At the customer’s address, we park, deploy outriggers, attach the lifting straps to the tub’s strong points, and crane it over the fence onto the prepared base. The customer is on hand to confirm orientation. Once it’s down, we recover the straps and pack up. Total time on site is usually under an hour for a standard tub.
